Free Sports Physicals

Open to All KCUSD Students

Kings Canyon Unified School District in partnership with University of San Francisco and San Jose State University is offering free sports physicals to all KCUSD students who require a physical to participate in sports and/or NJROTC.

Dates, Times, Location

Monday, July 11 - Thursday, July 14
1:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Friday, July 15
1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Reedley High School Peforming Arts Theater

Required Documents

All students must arrive with a parent or guardian or have a signed permission form to receive a physical.  Physical packets can be downloaded from the right column on this page or picked up from the Reedley High School Administration Switchboard.
