Graduation Security
Dear KCUSD Families,
As we prepare for the upcoming high school graduation ceremonies, we want to take a moment to address our commitment to ensuring the safety and security of all attendees. In our ongoing commitment to ensuring a safe environment, we will be implementing the use of metal detectors, similar to those commonly found at airports and neighboring schooling events.
We understand that this additional security measure may cause some inconvenience, but please rest assured that it is being implemented with the safety and well-being of everyone in mind. Your cooperation during this process is greatly appreciated.
We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the feedback that parents have provided regarding this matter. Your input is invaluable in helping us make informed decisions that prioritize the safety of our students and families.
