Student Services

The Student Services Department serves the families and students in Kings Canyon Unified in areas of health services, student transfers, discipline, residency issues / enrollment, school safety, and alternative education.
 
It is the goal of this department to assist in providing a positive learning environment at each school in the district.  We will assist parents in understanding and maneuvering through guidelines and protocols designed to match students with necessary services in order to provide a solid education.  The Student Services Department provides an annual KCUSD Parent Information Handbook to all families.  The handbook assists in understanding parental rights and responsibilities.
 
While each student’s school site is the first and best place to seek answers, the Student Services Department of KCUSD is available to direct parents and provide support or assistance as needed.
