Maintenance & Operations

The Maintenance and Operations Department consists of 16 maintenance employees, 22 grounds employees, 83 custodians, 15 sub-custodians and 2 night security personnel. The Maintenance and Operations Department is responsible for maintaining 22 school sites totaling 940,756 square foot of buildings and 319 acres.

Our Maintenance and Operations Department is dedicated in providing quality customer service. Under general supervision, the maintenance department performs a wide variety of skilled, Trades I/Trades II – level tasks in preventive maintenance and maintenance repairs of HVAC units, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, locksmith, and painting.

The Grounds Department is responsible to maintain the school site’s irrigation, lawns, trees, playground, sports fields and landscaping.  Our goal is to provide clean, safe and well-maintained classrooms, buildings and grounds.
