Maintenance & Operations

The Maintenance and Operations Department consists of 16 maintenance employees, 21 grounds employees, 83 custodians, 27  subs, and 2 night security personnel. The Maintenance and Operations Department is responsible for maintaining 22 school sites totaling 940,756 square feet of buildings and 319 acres.

Our Maintenance and Operations Department is dedicated to providing quality customer service. Under general supervision, the maintenance department performs various skilled, Trades I/Trades II – level tasks in preventive maintenance and maintenance repairs of HVAC units, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, locksmith, and painting.

The Grounds Department is responsible for maintaining the school site’s irrigation, lawns, trees, playground, sports fields, and landscaping.  We aim to provide clean, safe, and well-maintained classrooms, buildings and grounds.
