While some may think “school spirit” just magically happens, there is a group of RHS students who know better. These students, 38 in total in grades 10 - 12, have learned school spirit is a combination of vision, hard work, creativity and a desire to serve others. Under the leadership of Advisor Zach Stepp, the students are working to realize their vision of building spirit through inclusion. The students met over the summer and strategized goals, activities and events for the year. Mr. Stepp said, “Our main goal is to follow our ASB Vision to improve school spirit and to highlight all of the different groups on our campus.” RHS ASB planned a full day of activities for August 14, the first day of school. Students were welcomed as they entered campus, they heard from guest speaker Carlos Ojeda Jr. and the day wrapped up with a Back to School Rally. To meet the RHS ASB team and hear more about their plans for the year, select the title above "Reedley High School ASB."
The name Jeremy Anderson may ring a bell with KCUSD staff members. The dynamic speaker from the 2018-19 All Staff Meeting is now sharing his message to help our 6th – 12th graders become Next Level Students. Jeremy began a series of 14 assemblies on Monday, August 19 at Reedley High School. He will conclude at Dunlap on Tuesday, August 27.
